Book Creator - Offenes Lernen

Book Creator allows creation of a variety of eBooks, such as e-portfolios, interactive texts, and multimedia content like images, photos, drawings, audio and video. The operating interface is very user-friendly and simple, and is reminiscent of PowerPoint slides in many applications. The finished eBook can be downloaded as PDF or Epub and can be opened and read on corresponding e-book readers or apps.

In their English lessons, the eighth-grade classes created their first "Activity Book" and explored the different design possibilities of Book Creator. The applications offer diverse learning opportunities for creative media product design, self-organized learning processes, and virtual teaching projects. With Book Creator, pupils can work independently, create their own solutions, and create pages which are interactive.
